- Vegetables, in principle, anything other than potatoes (due to starch in the composition, you will have to refuse 11 days);
- Green (the more, the better);
- Kefir (normal freshness, makes no sense in low fat dairy products, they just disperse the appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (can be without gases), excellent to avoid constipation and swelling problems;
- Sarracene wheat and barley (for a package);
- The cheese (optional, can be replaced by cottage cheese).

Menu for 11 days:
Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (hot appearance);
Breakfast:Sarracene egg and wheat cooked in a bath -a night at night, tea/coffee;
Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;
To have lunch:Palvka cooked in bath -Maria at night, a vegetable salad with vegetables (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), any b/sugar drink;

Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.
On the dietThere is no flesh, that is perhaps why it was called a budget.But we take egg protein - cheap and very rich in useful substances.In addition, cereals - Sarracene wheat and pearl barley contain a series of minerals and vitamins, which helps to be more elastic, and the intestines purify it smoothly and smoothly.
Sports, training and increased physical activity are not needed in such a short diet with a monotonous diet.The body is not adapted to nutrition, the surplus load is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walk, uniform sleep and skin care (self -massage, baths, meditation).
